GP Principals

Our GP Principals are dedicated to support patients in the management of long-term conditions through traditional medicine and innovative approaches.

Our Principals are very active in the local CCG and community projects.

Members of the team are:

Dr Neil Crowley

FRCGP, DRCOG, FP Cert, D.P. Dermatology (Cardiff), Cert Diabetes Care (Warwick)

Dr Crowley specializes in dermatology, diabetes, minor surgery, liquid nitrogen freezing of skin lesions, COPD, asthma and Zoladex injections.

Dr Crowley was the GPSI in dermatology for Ealing PCT from 2001 to 2005, doing twice weekly clinics for local GPs and doing all the surgery for the patients seen at the clinics.

He is also a GP trainer, and trains one doctor to become a GP every year (a GP registrar).

Dr Jeremy Gittins

MA, MB, BS, DCH, DRCOG, MRCGP (qualified London 1986) Full Time

Dr Gittins specializes in child health, heart disease, hypertension, liquid nitrogen freezing of skin lesions and Zoladex injections.

Dr. Gittins is one of the course organisers for the Ealing GP training scheme.

He is also a GP trainer, and trains one doctor to become a GP every year (a GP registrar)

Dr Joanna Cheung

MB, ChB, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP, Cert Diabetes Care (qualified Edinburgh 1997)

Dr Cheung specializes in Diabetes, women’s health, menopause, osteoporosis, liquid nitrogen freezing, 6 week baby checks, post natal checks for mothers and Zoladex injections.

Dr Cheung has had training to teach medical students.

Dr Maya Portolan

MA BM BCh (Oxon) MRCS (Eng) DCH MRCGP

Dr Portolan specializes in skin,  minor surgery and paediatrics, Steroid injections, Zoladex injections and liquid nitrogen freezing of skin lesions.
